+What are the terms of payment when buying a Tiny Home unit?Deposit Requirements will be dependant on the tiny home supplier. HomeNow minimum requiremenrts are a $10,000 deposit or 10% of the total contract value which ever is the higher. This deposit is payable to your supplier upon placing your order, and specific terms of the deposit will be in the supplier sale and purchase agreement terms. HomeNow will pay to the supplier the total balance of your purchase once you unit is ready for delivery, before the delivery of your unit provided you have completed and signed the finance contract. You must complete the finance contract and take possession of your unit within 4 months of the initial deposit payment.
